Eagle Drilling has some exciting work on the horizon. We have immediate need for a full-time, experienced geotechnical and environmental driller. The selected candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with geotechnical and environmental drilling to include: verifiable rock coring experience using HQ system, auger, mud, and air rotary drilling. The selected candidate must have the ability to operate Mayhew and Foremost Mobile rigs. This position requires the selected individual to be able to work well with other staff members, and be able to follow safety guidelines.
Summary:
The driller is expected to coordinate with drilling supervisor on all aspects of drilling. The driller will assist on assuring that all work conforms to our quality standards, that client schedules are met, and that equipment is properly maintained. This includes preventative maintenance, planning and tracking of drilling equipment and strategies.

Desired Outcomes or Results:
All drilling is performed safely in a manner consistent with the Company’s goals & standards. In addition to performing and knowledge of drilling activities, the driller will work closely with drilling supervisor and clients to troubleshoot as needed.
Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desirable:
- CDL is required
- Ability to pass Pre-Employment drug screening
- Ability to work safely
- Ability to operate a manual transmission
- Good physical condition
- Ability to study and learn Nevada rules and regulations for licensing
- Meets skill requirements and experience on drilling rigs as determined by Program Manager
- Communication skills and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $33.00 per hour
