Salary: $40,975.00 - $51,170 annually based on experience/qualifications

The Call Center Representative position requires a high school diploma and two years related experience, or equivalent experience or training. Must possess an extensive working knowledge of 24-hour call center processes and procedures, preferably with customer support of remote equipment. Position requires proficiency in computer data entry applications including Microsoft Office, ability to utilize a variety of tools and software to capture data, an excellent communicator, and ability to work under stressful conditions including interruptions, heavy information flow and changes in job task priority.
The Call Center Representative is responsible for first-level support for the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) product line and related systems across North America. This position represents CMD to the customer and provides assistance via technical phone support and/or dispatching of CMD Technical Service Representatives or third-party field service representatives. The position is responsible for monitoring CNG equipment remotely, using a variety of monitoring tools.
The Call Center Representative ensures adequate and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding remote CNG site issues. This includes providing routine updates related to issues, trends, recommended solutions, call logs, site reports, and status of parts on order and shipped. The position facilitates and/or performs shipment of spare parts after normal business hours.
