As our Administrative Assistant, you'll love working alongside our talented team of remodeling professionals. We are offering a competitive rate of $15 to $20 per hour, based on your skills and experience. We provide great benefits such as the opportunity to work from home 2 - 3 days per week. As our hybrid Administrative Assistant, you are an essential part of our office/clerical team. You perform a wide range of clerical duties that help keep our business operations running like clockwork. Your clerical skills and warm personality ensure that clients and staff alike are kept in the loop, as you handle incoming and outgoing phone calls like a pro. You're the point person for addressing all their questions and concerns with a can-do attitude that is the hallmark of Quest Preservation.
With a keen eye for detail, you help keep our clerical files and records in perfect order, both on paper and digitally. You take pride in your office work and it shows in the thorough and accurate reviews you conduct and the reports you fill out. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
