Our company is looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager who is interested in growing with our organization. An ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, a strong understanding of the culinary process and an eye for detail. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced work environment and is capable of ensuring food safety as well as collaborating with Executive Management to implement innovative ideas and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow operating procedures.
- Enforce sanitation standards and safe food handling practices.
- Training and supervising personnel.
- Communicating effectively with employees, customers, and others.
- Supervise the kitchen staff.
- Oversee the kitchen staff's activities.
- Oversee the wait staff.
- Oversee the daily food delivery process.
- Oversee the maintenance staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,296.00 - $49,031.00 per year
