Background:
We're a shoe and custom orthotics manufacturing company based in Milwaukee. We are currently looking for a dedicated, full-time, Data Entry / Jr. Account Representative to our join our team.
Job Description:
The shift schedule is 8AM to 4:30PM with some flexibility on that timing. This position would primarily be data entry and customer maintenance reporting to the Director of Customer Service. The ideal person for this position is a Customer Service Champion and has a demonstrated track record of building solid customer relationships through telephone communication. You are a pro at delivering an outstanding customer experience in a timely fashion and can support the business development activities of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Strong customer service and office administration skills
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
- Knowledge of NetSuite (Oracle ERP/CRM) is strongly preferred
- 2 + years experience working in a call-center environment supporting a high call volume is preferred
- Ability to recognize, evaluate and resolve problems effectively
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients/vendors/customers
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Must be achievement oriented, have a positive attitude, excellent attendance record and an approach to work that is rooted in professionalism.
