We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team and help us with our data entry needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data into our system accurately and efficiently, as well as ensuring that all data is up-to-date. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in a similar role and be comfortable working with computers. Quickbooks knowledge is needed, mainly in AP and AR and experience in construction settings is a benefit.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records of data entry activities.
- Create reports from data entered into the system.
- Perform basic calculations on data entered into the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up on discrepancies in data entry activities.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
