Job Description
Position Summary:
Prime Vacations is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to manage marketing initiatives for specifically designated brands under the Prime Vacations umbrella. The Brand Manager will support the Director of Marketing with projects such as developing collateral, developing and monitoring social media content, brand approvals, partnership marketing, email marketing, and collecting marketing analytics. Projects in this position will be focused primarily on traveler marketing to support guests throughout their consumer journey.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Contribute to shaping and communicating designated brands’ vision and mission internally and externally.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that communicate the brand’s message clearly and professionally.
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the company to accomplish goals set for each designated brand.
- Oversee organic social media for designated brands.
- Manage SEM/paid social campaigns for designated brands.
- Monitor and update designated brand websites.
- Manage designated brands’ email marketing campaigns.
- Lead creative development and execution of digital and physical marketing collateral to motivate the target audience to “take action.”
- Assist in onboarding and transition of new brands added to the Prime Vacations portfolio.
- Execute cross-promotions across other Prime Vacations Brands and Preferred Partners.
- Write engaging copy for a variety of platforms.
- Measure and report the performance of marketing initiatives and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Monitor and research market trends, consumer markets, and competitors’ activities.
- Other duties as necessary
Required Education/Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferably in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven working experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or equivalent role.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.
- Creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
- Experience and familiarity in email marketing, organic and paid social media, SEM, SEO, and content creation.
- Experience tracking and managing a budget.
- General interest in travel and experience marketing; experience in these fields- preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and comfortable with new technologies.
- Graphic Design experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Possesses strong problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work within defined deadlines.
- A positive attitude with the desire to learn and improve.
