Job Summary:
Eagle County Airport (EGE) Customer Service Agents are responsible for greeting guests and ensuring they have a pleasant and seamless transition from airport to resort. Specifically, agents will greet and check-in guests with advance reservations, book ground transportation on a space available basis, coordinate driver activity, manage vehicle/seat inventory, resolve lost luggage issues and assist airlines with transporting passengers when abnormal flight operations occur. Customer Service Agents must be detail oriented, have exceptional people and communication skills, computer experience, a positive attitude and enjoy working with people. Agents will be required to perform multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment which occasionally requires long days.

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.76 / hour
Shift Availability: Full Time and Part Time
Job Responsibilities:
Accurately book transportation on a space available basis
Communicate vehicle, guest or luggage concerns to dispatch and supervisor staff.
Coordinate the loading of guests and luggage into proper vehicles.
Escort guests and transport luggage as needed
Ensure on time departures
Provide a level of service which exceeds guest’s expectations
Maintain reservation integrity, modifying reservations as needed
Reconcile cash drawer, vouchers and credit card transactions
Assist with resolution of lost luggage issues to expedite vehicle departures.
Maintain integrity of radio transmissions and procedures
Maintain good rapport with all airport personnel, drivers, group coordinators, coworkers, and Epic reservation and dispatch staff
Update non-airport areas of operations impacted by abnormal flight operations, driver schedule and reservation modifications
Clearing Drivers in the reservation system
Monitor all vehciles entering and leaving the Airport Directing/escorting guests to their vehicle
Assist with van coordination and help troubleshoot any issues which may delay vehile departure Direct/escort guests to appropriate vehicles, assisting with luggage as needed.
Job Requirements:
18 yrs old
4 months customer service experience or training or combination of education and experience
Ability to carry out all duties with minimal supervision
Positive attitude
Computer Experience – knowledge of word and excel
Enjoy working with the people from around the world
Ability to perform multiple tasks under pressure
Cash/Credit Card handling experience
Flexibility – Ability to adapt to frequent changes
Good organizational skills and detail oriented
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment which occasionally requires long days
Excellent problem solving skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish a plus! Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to calculate fares, discounts and commissions
Maintain a general knowledge of Epic Mountain Express services, operations and the geographic areas we serve.
Ability to work standing up to 4 hours
The expected pay range is $20.00 - $22.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
