Job Description
We seeking Customer Service Representatives to join the team of a premier national insurance claims management client. In this role, one will: collect first notice of loss information for insurance companies; enter data and ensure accuracy from independent appraisers for review by auditors.
Qualified candidates will have: meaningful customer service in inbound or outbound environments, with customer retention or sales desired; fluent in English, prefer bilingual in Spanish; strong work history and performance, call center experience preferred; proficient keyboard, computer, Microsoft Office, and web application skills. The job offers a flexible work schedule between 6 AM and 7 PM, after-hours coverage rotation, and voluntary weekend overtime: modern and relaxed work setting; compensation from $18 to $20 hr. plus benefits; a very modern casual work environment. These opportunities are not remote except for after-hours and weekends.
