Brief Job Description:
(Training will be provided in all areas listed below to ensure the success of the new employee.)
· Must be familiar with indirect bonding techniques.
· Individual must understand the importance of clinical charting and document appropriately & professionally.
· Individual must be willing to learn Dr. Carter’s techniques and Practice policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.
· Required to be proficient within the Cloud 9 patient software system.
· Create rapport and communicate/educate with all patients & guide them through the orthodontic treatment process.
· Assist the Orthodontist at chairside by completing requested tasks quickly and documenting within the patients’ chart.
· Individual must understand the importance of learning all treatment methods from Dr. Carter and knowing how to execute to set the team & patient up for success.
· Must exhibit emotional intelligence when interacting with patient/parent/team/management.
· Individual must be driven to meet the production needs of the Practices.
· Must exhibit outstanding customer service skills.
· Must communicate effectively & professionally with patients, co-workers, management, etc.
· Individual must be HIGHLY motivated, self-driven and reliable to work independently.
· Must be proficient in the office 365 platform and/or certain apps within the platform.
· Must possess high moral and ethical standards.
· This is a very high intensity; highly paced role and this individual must exhibit amazing time management skills to perform as expected.
· Individual must be motivated to learn and grow as the Practices grow.
Qualifications:
· Preferred at least 1-year clinical hands-on experience in similar role within an orthodontic/dental practice.
· Previous ortho/dental experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
