Job Description
Greet patients, assist with the Phreesia sign-in process if needed, verify demographics, verify health insurance, etc. Appointment scheduling, check in and check out procedures, obtain balances and copays, daily transaction reports, appointment verifications, etc.
Works as a team. Must have strong customer service/communication skills.
Must be dependable and punctual.
Knowledgeable of EMR systems.
Occasionally will be utilized in the second phone triage position.
Must be friendly, compassionate and helpful. Must understand and implement the concept of quality patient care.
