Job Description
BASIC FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB (SUMMARY): . Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
2. Take the extra mile to engage customers.
3. Provide product and service information to customers.
4. Take various aggregate orders and filling out corresponding work orders.
5. Greets and directs visitors to the company.
6. Enter in all Misc. pits/job tickets and then reviewing invoices with tickets.
7. Enter all job tickets and keep track of totals – includes sorting tickets by job, making sure tickets have correct job number, and entering tickets into our software system with correct material price, and filing into the correct job folders.
8. Enters in pit-to-pit pickups.
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Customer service experience
Solid Communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Proficient with Microsoft Office
2. Previous experience in customer service-related job duties
3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Job Type: Temporary
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
