Mission Statement
KBKG's program is geared towards recent college Grads who are interested in pursuing a career in tax OR R&D ( Research and Development ) and seeking an entry into our company. KBKG strives to prepare students for a career in our firm by strengthening their tax, accounting or R&D foundation through practical application of knowledge gained through college courses as well as knowledge gained during their tenure.
During the course of the role, recent graduates will gain valuable training and work experience. Below is a list of some of the tasks:
Review and organize incoming client documents
Conduct Field work specific to consulting projects which include visiting client locations
Transactional accounting entry and review
Assist in preparing financial statements
Create amortization schedules
Assist with substantive audit testing of several audit assertions
Assist with the documentation process of organizational files as part of the audit and review field work
Hands on training with several tax software programs
Build a strong tax or R&D foundation
Assist with the preparation of various miscellaneous tax forms for business clients
Learn tax compliance, assist on research and consulting projects
Requirements
Recent Graduate who has a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
Minimum GPA - 3.0 cumulative and major
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
We are currently looking for an audit, Tax or R&D individual who must be able to work 8 hours a day/40 hours a week. This is a hybrid work schedule of working in office and from home!
