S.O.B offers everything desirable in a top steakhouse, without the white tablecloths, pretentious service, and boring atmosphere. The steakhouse has something for everyone, including USDA Prime cuts, Wagyu, Caviar, Shaved Truffles, and Gold Leaf options, plus Fresh Seafood, Scratch Pasta, and memorable desserts. We are currently looking for talented and experienced Bartenders to join our epic team. Must have excellent customer service skills. A fine dining experience is a BIG plus! We are looking for the best of the best to make the guest experience epic! Please reply to this posting with your resume.
Server Responsibilities:
- Present menus and explaining specials, promotions, and menu items in detail.
- Take orders accurately and in a timely manner, making recommendations when appropriate.
- Serve food and beverages in a professional and elegant manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Clear dishes and reset tables in preparation for the next course.
- Upsell menu items and promote additional services.
- Process payments, handle cash, and reconcile receipts.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room, ensuring that tables are clean and properly set.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that food and beverages are prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handling of food and equipment, and complying with all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training programs and staff meetings to continuously improve job skills and knowledge.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
