Human Resources Clerk
Hours: 20-25 hours/week - Flexible schedule between 6:00am-5:00pm - Monday through Friday
Requirements:
Prior experience in a related field is required, minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources preferred.
Humble – willing to help others in a kind way
Coachable – want to learn and grow
Extremely detail-oriented with attention to accuracy
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Prolonged periods of sitting with occasional walking, standing, stooping, reaching.
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Clerk will help to prepare and maintains recruitment and hiring of our drivers/monitors, including the posting of vacancies, preparation of advertisement, screening of applications, assisting supervisory staff with on-boarding and helps training staff with new employee orientation sessions. Ensures pre-employment and Criminal Background check requirements are performed on employees as required per contracts.
Duties may include support of such tasks as, benefits administration and open enrollment, compilation and maintenance of employee records. Performs data entry, data validation, and customer support of HR, tracking PTO, processing information for new hires, terminations, status changes, and other documentation.
Identifies, tracks, and documents system issues, training concerns, and process improvement opportunities. Documents policies/procedures and training materials related to HR applications.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
