Job Description
LIFEAID Beverage Company is a locally owned company located on the Westside of Santa Cruz. 10 years ago, our founders started out by selling our products door to door. Now we are sold nationally in over 50,000 locations and globally in 23 countries. We continue to expand and are always looking for dedicated, hard-working, fun individuals of the highest integrity to join our growing team.
The logistics department is at the core of our operations and interacts daily with all other company departments. You will work both independently and as a team as you help manage our beverage sales, distribution and fulfillment for consumers and retailers such as Target, Kroger, Amazon and Whole foods. We are looking for a quick thinker who can stay focused in a fast paced and fluid environment. Duties can include:
Logistics Operational Duties
- Assist team members with daily order processing
- Strategize and work on projects with other departments (marketing, procurement, accounting)
- Managing our Amazon fulfillment
- Supporting our 3rd party fulfillment (3PL)
- Quoting and booking freight (TL and LTL)
- Tracking freight orders
- Sales order management
- Assisting events and marlet
- Filing carrier claims
- Reviewing and approving carrier invoices
- Conducting monthly inventory reconciliation
- Track and record inventory discrepancies
- File reimbursement requests with our 3rd party warehouses
- Approve cycle counts
- Assisting warehouse and accounting departments with inventory audits
