ERSEA, which stands for Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance, is at the core of our Data Entry Specialist Role. As a vital member of our team, you will ensure accurate data entry and provide valuable support in the enrollment process. Your exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality will be crucial to our success. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to actively participate in recruitment activities and collaborate closely with various stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into our database system.
Collect required information from families and staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards.
Attend training and meetings as required.
Support recruitment efforts by conducting presentations and distributing program information.
Track and maintain volunteer files.
Collaborate with the Family Service Advisor and other team members.
Provide reports to the Director as needed.
Embrace our program's strategic goals and performance measures.
Respect and promote inclusivity for all children and families.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Complete other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
One or more years' experience and/or training in basic office skills
Proven experience in accurate data entry.
Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and software.
Willingness to travel within the service area.
