Job Description
Responsibilities:
Delta’s Employee Relations (ER) is looking for an outstanding communicator with stellar strategic
thinking and writing skills. This collaborative professional is a self-starter with strong attention to detail
and is comfortable working in large data sets.
The ideal candidate should be trustworthy with sensitive information, can work in a fast-paced
environment and has experience performing audits on large data sets. The position also serves as a
resource to cross-department leaders when launching multiple initiatives.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
- Managing a complex process and project timeline using an existing Smartsheets shell
- Managing database of sensitive information
- Process mapping and creating guides for work documentation and stakeholder instructions
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to create trainings and SOPs (standard operating
procedure materials)
- Interaction with various stakeholders
- Cataloging, documenting, and implementing new processes
- Assisting with User Acceptance Testing
- Assist with reviewing test results and test evidence to for deployment approval of solution to
production
- Capture and track defects and issues during UAT
- Assist with change management strategy development and implementation
- Help create and deliver training materials to end users – Develop different types of training
materials and training assets to prep end users for new software implementation
- Support our end users post software implementation. Provide needed training and help trouble
shoot and escalate issues when applicable
- Help monitor end user adoption through continuous communication and by collecting end user
feedback through surveys and focus groups
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $31.00 per hour
