Job Description
Receptionist Position Summary
The Receptionist position is responsible for greeting clients, making appointments, checking paperwork, and providing information on PCA’s services.

Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions
- Greet clients, vendors, and staff in a professional manner (in person or over the phone)
- Provide accurate information to clients regarding services offered by PCA
- Direct clients to the appropriate department or transfer calls when necessary
- Update resources lists as needed
- Collect and review client documents
- Schedule appointments as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- High School Diploma or equivalent, and minimum of 2 years Receptionist experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and people skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to exercise confidentiality in performing duties
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with a professional demeanor.
