We are currently accepting applications for a Full-Time Medical Assistant (MA, RMA, or CMA).
We are a growing primary care pediatric clinic with five locations conveniently located within the West Metro.

Main Responsibilities:
- Verifies patient information, reviews and updates medical history, and takes vital signs based on appointment types.
- Collects lab specimens and performs phlebotomy work following onsite training.
- Administers immunizations and medications per Provider orders.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by following company policies and enforcing standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
- Cleans, maintains, and stocks exam rooms.
- Complies with organizational and HIPAA policies and regulations to ensure patient information is kept confidential.
- Performs various telephone duties such as informing patients of test results, and relaying information and messages, so that communication between clinic and patient is clear and concise.
- Travels to alternate satellite clinics as needed to cover clinic and patient needs.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in typing, spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
- Organizational skills with a focus on tracking patient care and improving patient flow.
- Professional demeanor and recognition of privacy considerations for patients and families.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Strong computer skills, including EMR systems.
- Ability to work well, whether alone or as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant Program, LPN or Current Medical Assistant certification by the AAMA or AMT (similar qualifications may be considered)
- BLS/CPR Certification
Preferences:
- Lab and Phlebotomy experience with the pediatric population
- X-Ray license or certification - not required
Benefits:
- Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
- For evening and weekend shifts, we do offer shift differential pay.
- We also offer a uniform allowance and a great benefits package.
- Eligible for a signing bonus of $500 after 30 days of employment.
Schedule:
Four days a week, with one evening shift (until 7 pm) and every other weekend (Saturday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm in Minnetonka OR Sunday 8:30 am - 12:00 pm in Chaska).'
