Seeking Aerospace Professionals with substantial experience serving in a Program Manager capacity for aircraft development programs.
AIRCRAFT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM MANAGER

Exclusive US citizenship required.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Strong working knowledge of the aerospace industry
10+ years of relevant experience

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Qualified Candidates will be able to:
Lead the development of new uninhabited aircraft systems for US DoD customers.
Lead the daily execution of the program within contractual requirements to ensure that program cost, schedule, and technical performance goals are met.
Cultivate customer relationships throughout program execution and in support of future opportunities.
Create and maintain a project schedule based on customer, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sub-contractor inputs.
Lead key milestone activities, such as project readiness reviews, systems requirements reviews, preliminary design review, critical design review, test readiness review, production readiness review.
Schedule, assign and support the creation, review, and delivery of all contract data requirements lists (CDRLs) deliverables as defined by the contract.
Establish and monitor program performance measures and metrics.
Coordinate allocation of budget and other resources
Manage subcontractors and the supply chain.
Lead the definition of program requirements.
Formally identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate program risks.
Assist with program contract management activities including negotiations, agreements, modifications, and new business proposals.
Grow and mentor aircraft development team members to support further growth of the business area.
