Bonus Opportunities
Once you start work and complete the I-9, you will be eligible for a $250 bonus.
On the 1st of the month after 90 days of service, you will be eligible for an additional $250 bonus.
In order to receive bonuses, you must be on active status when the bonus is paid.

Essential Job Requirements
Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilities
Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
Must be able to meet deadlines with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Required Skills
Call center experience preferred
Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and/or company systems
Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Available Schedules
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Part Time Benefit Eligible - 30 hours or more per week
Part Time - less than 30 hours per week
