Positions in this function include operating data entry devices to perform a variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and Network Operations. Lead role may include review and verification of work of lower level employees.
This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday to Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 08:00am – 07:00pm MST. Our office is located at 6547 S Racine Cir, Centennial, 80111.
Primary Responsibilities:
Moderate work experience within own function
Some work is completed without established procedures
Basic tasks are completed without review by others
Supervision / guidance is required for higher level tasks

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ years data entry experience
Experience with Microsoft Word (ability to create / save / edit documents), Microsoft Excel (ability to create / save / edit presentations) and Microsoft Outlook (ability to send emails and calendar management)
Ability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday within the hours of operation: 8:00am-7:00pm MST
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree (or higher)
Medical terminology
Customer Service / Phone experience
Experience in a pharmacy or medical office/managing patient charts
Soft Skills:
Ability to work in team environment
Self-directed / can work independently
