We are currently seeking a Care Coordinator to be a multi-faceted asset to our talented team at our office in Peachtree City, GA. Senior Helpers is proud to be the first and only national in-home care provider to receive a certification as a Great Place to Work.
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and maintain schedules for caregivers, taking into consideration care plans, availability, and personalities.
Recruit new qualified caregivers on a continual basis to meet the staffing needs of the scheduling team and in accordance with company-defined goals.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews and find caregivers that align with our mission & goals.
Run a weekly onboarding class with approximately 1-5 new caregivers. Expectations include coordinating, presenting, and regularly innovating the experience.
Maintain and update all new & current caregiver files in accordance with state regulations electronically via ClearCare and Scan123 applications. Monitor expiration dates and follow-up to ensure caregivers are in compliance.
Audit timesheets to ensure an accurate payroll bi-weekly.
Develop and maintain company policies as related to human resources, caregivers, and caregiver retention.
Accept paid on-call duty averaging one week a month.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in HR, recruiting, or scheduling are strongly preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills are a requirement
Professional experience in customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Must be a team player with excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite experience is strongly preferred
Experience with ClearCare, Paychex Flex, and/or e-filing preferred
