Dynamic Health is expanding! WORK FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME! FULLY REMOTE POSITION! Hours are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST. There are no exceptions to this. Training is fully paid and provided.
\*\*\*We are looking to hire quickly for our next onboarding class beginning on 3/21/23\*\*\*
We are hiring BILINGUAL (Spanish) senior customer service agents to start immediately with our growing staff! We are looking for driven, retention-minded customer service agents to help guide our members through the best paths to saving on their health benefits. THIS IS NOT A SALES JOB, you will be speaking with members who are already enrolled and paying for the membership and simply need help utilizing the benefits included.
Primary job duties
· Develop in depth product knowledge of the line of LiveWell Savings products
· Answer inbound phone calls from existing members looking to utilize their membership at a medical provider or make changes to their account
· Meet and/or exceed individual customer service and quality goals by executing the provided training
· Maintain compliance within every interaction by adhering to all applicable company and state rules and regulations
· Follow the guidance of management on calls to ensure that all members have a pleasurable interaction with the company
