The role of Sales Specialist is to build awareness of our brand through strategic outreach and relationship building to be able to successfully secure new subscribers to our software.
\*\* This is a commission based role. Please do not apply if you are not interested in commission as your compensation. We are looking to hire immediately.
Responsibilities for the Sales Specialist position include:
- Call, email, or DM prospects daily to generate appointments with prospective customers
- Qualify cold/warm leads by engaging in active conversation to assess needs and initiate the sales process
- Follow up on existing leads by DM, phone, and email
- Help create content attractive to clients on their social media
- Report directly to CEO
- Create and manage an active pipeline of potential clients
- Meet identified sales targets
- Work with customers to understand and identify their needs and objectives
- Stay abreast of industry and technology developments through ongoing training
- Maintain and manage your Customer Relationship Database - meaning you must maintain your client accounts and their social medias!
Expectations/goals:
- acquire 50-100 strong prospects per month
- secure at least 5-20 new accounts a month
- successfully onboard new clients
Job Qualifications include:
- Experience in sales and/or account management preferred but not required
- Intrinsically motivated to meet sales targets and win new business
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Hard working and persistent; cold/warm calling is required
- Demonstrated strategic, solution-based problem-solving skills
- Good communication and effective listening skills
- Must be professional in appearance, attitude, and reliable
- Must be organized and able to complete tasks
- Exceptional team working skills
Job Type: Full-time contractors
Must have own phone, computer, and internet. We do not have a minimum speed or any kind, but we do ask for a high enough speed to successfully complete zoom calls with clients whenever required.

- 50% commission pay (MRR & yearly)
