Job Description
This person will be responsible for driving scalable event experiences that drive overall business growth and customer success. They will need to plan and manage execution of customer workshops.
This person will need to work effectively within a small team and be a problem solver with strong written and polished verbal communication skills. They'll obsess over details, display poise and sophistication in fast-moving situations, embrace ambiguity, and deliver results.
Lead all aspects of customer workshop event from pre-planning, program development, speaker coordination, procurement of supplies and collateral material, on-site staffing, invoice processing and expense reporting, to post-event analysis and follow up
Share and execute workshop best practices across all workflows to drive consistency in execution of workshops and provide a consistent customer experience
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify workshop locations and work with internal and external vendors to procure space and manage capacity
Create clear roles and responsibilities among the internal team members (Marketing, Sales, Solution Consulting)
Partner with Marketing and Solution Sales to ensure workshop invites are sent out
Partnering with Marketing and Sales teams, to plan a rolling calendar (6-12 months) of events that support the growth of our engagement with customers
Track workshop performance, including attendance, pipeline generation, acceleration and return on investment, and deliver post-event readouts
Gather feedback from customers and from internal stakeholders and drive continuous process improvement
Assist with building solid relationships with vendors, internal team members, and a wide range of stakeholders across ServiceNow to manage expectations and ensure high-quality event management
Skills
3-5 years of experience planning, executing and measuring customer workshop events (attendance of up to 150 customers/event), specifically in high tech products/services
A background in project or program management
Good interpersonal, organizational, negotiation, and communication skillsare key for this role
Experience in relationship building and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams
Familiarity using enterprise solution platforms or willingness to learn
Demonstrated technical savvy – not a developer but someone who understands tech
Analytical skills and ability to draw most relevant insights that accurately describe performance and impact metrics, and take action
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour
