The primary purpose of this role is to provide communications and execution support for Kimberly-Clark's digital channels to help drive user adoption and engagement.
In this role you will:
Assist in coordination, review, and distribution of content for Kimberly-Clarks Global News and globally supported initiatives as requested through the Global Content Calendar.
Assist Creative Communications Coordinator in auditing and maintaining assets on Content Hub.
Provide discovery, project management, and creative support for Frontline project.
Manage internal digital display process and development/loading of Global content.
Support Enterprise Comms team with logistics and prep for towns halls and leadership summits.
Partner with internal team on seeking best-in-class practices and procedures.
Collect data and prepare reports for leadership on campaign / initiative performance to help inform strategic decisions.
Other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will join the Global Internal Communications Team, and report to the Associate Director – Internal Digital Communications & Channel Strategy.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field including communications, public relations, marketing, advertising or journalism. Degree field could be flexible if applicable experience is 5+ years
1+ years professional experience in a communications, public relations, marketing, advertising, or journalism role
Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a high-speed work environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Project management and networking skills to collaborate and problem-solve cross-functionally
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Service-oriented mindset, combined with professional maturity and judgment to suggest different approaches to address internal customer needs
Ability to perform work with a high-level of attention to detail and accuracy
