Qtego Fundraising Services has an immediate opening for a full-time Fundraising Specialist (FS) in the Atlanta Area.
We are seeking candidates to join our growing Fundraising Services Sales Team!

Job Description: Fundraising Specialist
The Fundraising Specialist is an essential member of the Qtego Sales Team. This position is responsible for achieving sales objectives while representing the Qtego brand, product, and service to the community and Qtego client base.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Develop new prospects through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and creativity!
- Maintain and build upon existing Client relationships
- Work alongside Qtego Event Coordinators to support and enhance client experiences
- Promote the Qtego brand and represent Qtego at Client Events
- Collaborate with the Fundraising Services Sales Team to develop marketing and outreach strategies
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails
- Provide Sales Presentations or Software Demos to existing and potential clients
- Become proficient in the Qtego Platform, Product, and Service Model
- Create Sales Proposals and Contracts
- Track sales pipeline and territory data
- Grow knowledge base of Fundraising Strategy and Event Management
- Maintain a knowledge base of external fundraising platforms and marketplace dynamics
- Grow relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce, Non-Profit Associations, Schools, and Community Members
- Exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue/sales targets

- A competitive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with clients, generating product interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
- Enthusiastic about prospect research and can collect pertinent lead information
- Proficient with the use of Mac-based computers, iPads, and the use of technology.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in using Zoom, Google Meets, or equivalent virtual meeting platforms.
- Has experience presenting online and in-person presentations
- Passionate about the service Qtego provides to non-profit organizations and the impact Qtego has on fundraising events
- Team-focused, organized and entrepreneurial-minded
- A multi-tasker who prioritizes work on a flexible schedule
- Capable of working occasional events on weekends or weeknights, open to some travel
- Communicative and has experience with email systems, phone calling, and email writing.
- Must reside within the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the non-profit sector, marketing or event planning is a plus!
- Creativity is a plus! Must be able to think outside the box to generate new clients.
- 1 - 3 years of sales or marketing experience is a plus! (College Degree/Certification in Business, Marketing, or Non-Profit fields will be considered great experience!)
