We are looking for the right leader to join our Community Management team as a Regional Property Manager.
We are seeking someone who is able to:
Manage Community Operations:
Oversee Property Performance and provide input and guidance to achieve Key Metrics.
Provide escalated onsite staff support when members need to elevate their conversation to corporate must comply with fair housing.
Perform weekly WIG Sessions to hold onsite staff accountable toward their weekly commitments to meet their goals.
Help identify and create internal processes that can be replicated to other communities
Attend Quarterly and Annual meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
Train New Apartment Communities on SOP's.
Ensure communities are using SOP's so that each community follows a standard.
Has experience with Revenue Management
Additional Responsibilities:
Monitor Collections and provide advice to advance collections, we use Yardi this will be a combination of evaluating reports and weekly meetings with onsite property mayor
Respond / Support onsite staff with member relations - sometimes members want to speak with someone at a higher level. You will need to listen to the onsite teams assessment of the situation and advise if it's a good approach and then when you speak with the member uphold the same approach
Cultivate leaders at the property level by teaching what you learn from Significan: Help establish SOP's using google sites and ensure all your locations are operating the same way
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
