Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager
Andretti Indoor Karting & Games. We are a Team who constantly strive for perfection in the Family Entertainment Center experience. Summary of the position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Manager will drive the company talent acquisition process, managing full-cycle recruitment for a number of requisitions as well as provide support to hiring managers and field recruitment teams.
They will be expected to maintain cross functional relationships with internal leaders and coordinate the recruitment and screening process with qualified candidates, all with a result of hiring best-in-class talent.
Includes internal collaboration and planning, networking and modernizing platforms to support the staffing needs decided by the operations teams.
Some of the overall responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR leadership to continuously work on ways to improve the recruiting process and hiring manager & candidate experience.
Drive the Andretti unit management and corporate support personnel hiring process, from recruitment, screening & acquisition to on-boarding.
Support the Team Coordinator field recruitment teams with guidance and tools needed to drive excellent hourly team member recruitment results.
Collaborate on and implement the overall Andretti recruiting strategy.
Develop, update and refine job descriptions and position posts.
Provide thoughtful input into the implementation of new technology used to drive efficiency and create innovative results throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Utilize data/analytics to influence and guide field & support workforce staffing strategy.
Utilize scorecards and develop relevant KPI’s to illustrate the effectiveness of the various TA functions.
Partner with HR leadership and relevant internal resources to develop and refine employee/employer branding material.
Provide the field recruiting team information and guidance on innovative recruiting trends and practices.

Required Qualifications:
3-4 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong written and verbal business communication skills
Strong internal customer focus combined with a desire to collaborate with others
Strong knowledge of ATS function and refinement
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
Proven ability to manage multiple and simultaneous requisitions and projects
Understanding of general Human Resources and recruiting compliance practices
Eligible to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age
Great to have Qualifications:
5+ years full life cycle recruitment experience in an evolving environment, to include a variety of salaried and hourly hiring, from executive to frontline
Experience partnering with and advising hiring managers on recruiting decisions
Knowledge and experience with various HRIS platforms
FEC or large-scale hospitality operational experience
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management and/or equivalent work experience
