Job Description
We are a hearing conservation company seeking to add a Data Entry Clerk to our team! This is a full time, onsite position, consisting of 40 hours per week Monday - Friday, located in our Cherry Valley, IL office.
You will be responsible for accurate data entry and file maintenance to maintain database(s) through custom software.
Responsibilities:
Enter variety of alpha and numeric data using current technology
Importing and exporting of excel documents
Prepare and sort documents for data entry
Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
Review and enter data updates in the systems
Review discrepancies in data received
Advise supervisor of issues related to data
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
2+ years previous experience in data entry or other related fields
Excellent typing skills: 50 words per minute, 8,000 keystrokes per hour
Knowledge in a Windows software environment; Internet software; Database software; Spreadsheet software; Word Processing software and Contact Management systems
Strong organizational skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Team oriented
Positive attitude
