Job Description
Perfect opportunity to expand your office skills and gain knowledge of accounting processes. In this role you will assist the Property Controller and Accounting department of a large commercial property.

Part-time, Monday to Friday, hours TBD
Location
Waikapu, Maui
Pay
$18 to $20 an hour
Responsibilities
- Update and audit daily POS transactions.
- Record deposits.
- Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts payable and vendor statements.
- Prepare, process and maintain club member account and statements.
- Handle accounting records and filing systems.
- Process daily mail.
- Assist the Property Controller with month and year-end closings.
- Prepare and review various reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous data entry or related office experience required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- One year of Bookkeeping experience required.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve and work with confidential documents.
