Job Description
An established, mobile ultrasound company is seeking smiling, energetic, professional and positive person to be a part of a mobile health screening team. You will work with caring medical professionals providing health screenings throughout your greater area, nearby cities, and beyond.
Customer Service is of MAJOR importance, we need all smiles :-). Applicant MUST be able to work both locally and within the territories we travel to. Expect to travel overnight up to 2-3 days per week average. DO NOT APPLY IF TRAVELING overnight is not possible for you.
We will provide all of the training and tools you need to succeed. Working in a mobile environment is exciting, rewarding and challenging. Every day you will work in a new place and meet new people. You will have freedom and independence that can’t be found in a conventional hospital or clinical facility. We pay for travel expenses, including drive time pay, transportation, hotels, and per diem.
Team mates will travel together in our vehicle. Duties include assisting our mobile ultrasound teams at screening locations, triage, blood work, patient registration, among others.
Medical Assistant experience is a plus but not a requirement.
Job Types: PRN, Contract
Qualified Candidates must:
- Be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Work well with others
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Agree to a drug and background check
- Be willing to travel up to 25% of the time (including overnight stays)
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exhibit a positive attitude
Job Types: Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
