Delta Air Lines has an immediate opening for a General Manager Wellness Integration. Delta is seeking an individual to drive project planning and delivery, integrating workstreams and strategy by closely parntering with the Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation pillars of Delta Wellness. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively both within Delta Wellness and with cross-divisional stakeholders, including (but not limited to) Supply Chain, HR, HR Service Delivery, and Corporate Communications. Responsibilities include aligning with leadership on existing and future initiatives and projects, defining how impact and success are measured, and leading a high-performing team who drive progress and organizational alignment in key benefits & analytics/innovation initiatives.
Primary Functions:
Lead PMO team members embedded within Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation pillars of Delta Wellness to support all key division initiatives
Oversee ongoing implementation work across supported initiatives
Support creation of strategy to execute on the Delta Wellness Flight Plan for Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation that contributes to improved employee care, experience and health equity with downward pressure on cost both to Delta and its employees
Carry cross-divisional cooperation across Delta to maintain alignment in key projects that touch the Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation space
Aggregate facts and supporting data from multiple sources and craft into a story that is told in varying ways, to various audiences up to & including the C-Suite to drive alignment on upcoming initiatives & projects
Work proactively to reduce friction and ambiguity among project stakeholders
Develop productive and collaborative relationships between key Global Benefits and Analytics & Innovation leaders and counterparts across other organizations within Delta

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of professional experience or equivalent work experienceis required
Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary process design- and technology initiatives, on both medium and large-scale projects involving multiple partners and stakeholders
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with senior leaders within Delta to drive project and service delivery to customers, employees and/or internal stakeholders
Ability to establish expectations and priorities, monitor performance, coach, develop and create a positive, dynamic and collaborative work environment
Quick learner with expertise in healthcare, health systems and healthcare analytics
Exercise critical thinking and strong decision-making skills to support achievement of flight plan goals
Must be highly adaptable, a driver of change, and capable of quickly rallying teams
Must possess strong communication skills and creative thinking, excellent storytelling capabilities and the ability to provide appropriate business, design, customer and cultural context
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
Must demonstrate the ability to influence internal and external organizations to achieve Delta Wellness goals, including the ability to influence and manage upward as necessitated by occasional constraints
It is critical that candidates have experience effectively communicating complex issues and projects both orally and through written presentations to executive level audiences
Knowledge of Delta's organization and operation along with the diverse needs among Deltas various employee groups
Ability to understand the business needs and translate those to create and manage innovative concepts to solve these needs
Comfort working in a cross-functional environment and the ability to work well independently on a closely-knit team, with varying levels of guidance and direction
Experience with healthcare or health benefits
