Customer Relations Specialist

Our growing financial services firm in Boca Raton, FL is seeking to add Call Center Representatives to our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Determines requirements by working with our customers
- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information
- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions, and forwarding requests.
- Sells additional services by recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts and explains new features.
- Maintains call center database by entering accurate information
- First point of contact for our customers
- Outbound dialing for prospects
Qualification/Skills:
- Demonstrate excellence with listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently, adhere to work schedule and manage regular duties with minimal supervision
- Friendly and pleasant manner
- Financial experience a plus
- Documentation skills
- Active listening skills and attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
· Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- One to two years of call center representative experience
- 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment
- Computer with high-speed internet of minimum speed of 20Mbps
- Frequent speaking, listening using the phone, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, extended periods working at a computer
Benefits:
