Job Description
Raleigh Orthopaedic is looking for a Call Center Manager to lead our Centralized Appointment Scheduling Department. This position is responsible for managing daily operations for appointment scheduling, recruitment and hiring of staff, performance management and process training to align with customer service expectations, analyzing call center data to identify staff training and areas of improvement.
Minimum of 3 years' management experience in a large specialty practice call center environment and ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Must have exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company services, and policies. Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
