We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team of pediatric professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing the front desk. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing quality healthcare services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and answer phone calls.
- Verify insurance information and update patient records.
- Collect payments and post charges to patient accounts.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information to patients about their visit, including paperwork, instructions, and follow-up care.
- Other duties as assigned by supervising manager
