We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist for a busy oral surgeon office. This candidate must be organized, responsible, self-motivated, and work well with others
Front Office Receptionist Responsibilities:
Booking new patient appointments
Entering patient payments
Correctly adding patient insurance into electronic patient charts
Reviewing patient accounts
Processing patient registrations
Reviewing past due bills and following up on past due accounts
Able to work well with other staff.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8am-4pm
Wednesday 8am-12 noon
Ability to commute/relocate:
Westford may need to relocate to Worcester or Billerica depending on Schedule and Training
