Job Description
REMA USA LLC (REMA®) a privately held, global company with operations in Germany, China and the USA, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Quality Manager for the operation in Greenville, SC. The primary business of REMA is manufacturing, assembly and distribution of specialty electrical components including Electric Vehicle charging harnesses.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership over all procurement policies, strategies, and systems in order to meet the long-term business goals of the organization.
- Manage all aspects of the supply chain, including supplier performance and onboarding, accountability, quality and delivery of raw materials and finished goods, cost reductions, and inventory management.
- Manage procurement functions for materials used in production
- Lead planner/buyers responsible for ordering material to fulfill production needs
- Lead warehouse personnel responsible for the shipping, receipt, and transfer of packaging
- Monitor and manage physical inventory in a lean manner
- Communicate outages and develop countermeasures
- Forecast product demand
- Work with suppliers, sales, engineering, and quality assurance in the creation of new product offerings
- Communicate with suppliers and their logistics companies
- Ensure product and production planning, scheduling, and execution are in place for the shop and shipping workers.
- Develop staff to ensure procedures and policies are followed.
- Communicate regularly with Sales Team to assist in scheduling customer order requests
- Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
- Take ownership of supplier issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Other duties assigned by management or duties necessary to maintain smooth operations of the company
Skills and Qualifications:
· MRP experience (SAP), Strong MS Office Suite Experience, Customer Service, Ability to Multitask, Prioritize, and Manage Time efficiently, Self-Confidence, Self-Motivation, Communication Skills, Detail Oriented.

Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
