We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and accurately process orders. You will also be asked to provide resolve product or shipping issues and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to understand and process detailed information, have experience working with computers, and remain calm under pressure. Come join the Mankiewicz team!
Responsibilities of the Position:
- Process complex orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Enter customer orders using SAP.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and orders.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal colleagues on a regular basis.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Position
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years experience; college degree preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Prior experience with SAP preferred.
- Experience working with business to business customer support.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- Performs well under pressure.
- Possess a problem-solving attitude.
- Communicate effectively in a professional, tactful and courteous manner with employees, management, and customers.
- Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Exceptional prioritization, organization, and time management skills with strong attention to detail required.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
