POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education Required: H.S Diploma, Valid Driver’s License
Experience Required:
1-5 Years- Management
Working with Administration Experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality of Administrative Functions.
Credentialling Required: 40 Hour Domestic Violence Training
Skills Needed:
Ability to type 45+ WPM.
Tech savvy: know how to utilize and figure out software programs and handle typical tech issues.
Proficient in using Email, Google docs, Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel and Word
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Read and understand written information
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
Work autonomously and productively
Problem Solver, team member and sound judgement
Must have the ability to create a comprehensive plan and follow through on each detail. This person must be highly organized, have excellent relationship building skills and experience, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
