Job Description
Established Southwest Houston firm looking for an Data Entry Clerk to support the Payables Manager in receiving and verifying invoices. Ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, adept at managing multiple tasks and able to clearly communicate with our global network of Service Partners while maintaining GGT’s standards of excellence, value proposition and service offering.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Enter data by reviewing information from source documents within time limits
Establish entry priorities
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct as required and directed by Payables Manager
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Scan documents and print files, when needed
