Job Description
We are seeking qualified applicants for a File Clerk/Data Entry position, who is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an office setting to support daily operations.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Must be 18 years or older
Minimum of high school diploma or demonstrated equivalent
Able to pass a criminal history background check
Must be able to stoop, bend, lift and carry at least thirty (30) pounds of weight without assistance
Data entry and database management
Creating and maintaining current filing system
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products - specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
Be dependable and reliable
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to move at a fast pace and multi-task as needed
Effective communication skills
