Remote Work Flexibility
This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing for both time in the office and the ability to work from home. This position requires at least two days in office a week.
Position Overview
As a member of the IT Operations team, this position is responsible for the oversight, timely response, and resolution of all IT troubleshooting requests; managing each issue thoroughly to completion and ensuring it is addressed and resolved appropriately either directly by the Helpdesk or through escalation. In addition, this position is responsible for entitlement administration for IT systems and client bank platforms, and as applicable support of our infrastructure and security.
Accordingly, this position is responsible for:
Manage the ticketing system queue and respond, track, analyze, and facilitate timely resolution of incidents and requests.
Administer and manage end-user hardware, including testing, set-up, implementation, daily support, inventory management, purchase, decommission, development of communication and procedures.
Respond, troubleshoot, and resolve employee requests for all Stone Coast technologies. Create and maintain user accounts on networks, servers, cloud-based services, and software applications for internal and external clients and escalate as appropriate.
Set up, maintain, and monitor hardware equipment and software applications. Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software. Assist in the rollout of new software applications. Administer and oversee e-mail filters, spam, anti-phishing, URL connectivity issues, daily backups, data restores, and Active Directory and Office 365 policy updates.
Execute and maintain entitlements requests for Stone Coast technologies and business banking platforms.
Maintain the documentation of technology related internal control processes and procedures.
Assist the Stone Coast Infrastructure team with projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
1 to 3 years of experience in a help desk or application support capacity
Experience with ITSM platforms and ticket management
Intermediate to advanced experience is troubleshooting end user systems and network devices
Experience with on-premises, cloud-based network and server environments is a plus
Possess strong customer service skills and ability to properly prioritize requests based on business needs and
capacity
Availability to respond to system outages as needed during support hours
Basic knowledge of hardware maintenance and repair
Education Requirements
Four-year college degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
