Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Work closely with and assist Project Managers with all project related tasks, that include, but not limited to:
Project Setup
Obtaining Permits and Licenses
Request Quotes
Initial Preparation of Schedules
Utility Locates
Temporary Project Facility Ordering
Dumpsters
Mobil Restrooms
Misc. Equipment
Project Closeout
Archiving Project Files
Receipts of necessary close out/turnover documents and drawings (As-Builts)
Compliance with close-out checklist
Coordination of Partial and Final liens
Collection of required documents for project audit.
Preparing and/or Tracking of:
Contracts
Submittals
RFI’s
Project Photos
Delivery Tickets
Take and distribute accurate meeting minute notes
Create, maintain and organize project folders (include documents, drawings, budgets, etc.)
Establish and maintain company database of contacts for regional suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors
Administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
General
Basic knowledge or understanding of construction related documents (contracts, documents, drawings, specifications, scope of work, estimates, budgets and planning) and work flow.
Be able to manage multiple projects and tasks
Possess organizational skills and attention to details
Team player with strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Understanding of Smartsheet® and Vista®, is a plus
Qualifications
High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. associate degree (AA/AS) or equivalent preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering, or Construction Management is a plus
This is an entry level position with room for growth and advancement.
Base salary*: 51,000 - 59,000
- This base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, skillset, market conditions, location, etc.
Min: USD $24.51/Hr. Max: USD $28.36/Hr.
