Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in a remote role within the continental United States. This position is highly responsible for providing professional administrative services in support of two or more members of the executive team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Cross functionally supports leaders across the organization on significant matters
Resolves issues and identifies matters that need to be escalated to executives for further resolution.
In-depth knowledge subject matter expertise of own area and of Company policies and procedures
Screens calls, manages calendars, arranges complex travel and meeting arrangements across international and domestic geographies.
Attends staff and team meetings, coordinating agendas, taking notes, and distributing follow-up actions.
Compiles, reconciles, and approves expense reports (as a delegate) for executive team members and key staff members.
Tracks key projects and manages mailings as needed.
Prepares complex and confidential documents and presentations, works closely with finance teams on forecasting revenue and expense reports.
Involved in organization and coordination of internal and external conferences and events.
May be responsible for the training of other administrative staff.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
An Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of experience supporting two or more executives.
Anticipates and responds to requests by modifying procedures to individual circumstances.
Adept in exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy and providing a high level of service.
Experience with managing highly sensitive or confidential information.
Requires strong MS Office and internet research skills along with the ability to train others in system usage.
Requires flexibility, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Ability to work independently and with others.
