Job Description
Position Summary:
IEM is searching for a Full Time- Project Manager.
Primary Location:
Candidate must live a commutable distance to Baton Rouge, LA
Position will be a fully in office role, we cannot accommodate remote work from home.
Travel Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Large-scale project management experience
Procurement experience
Experience with building consensus among teams on large scale projects
Contract negotiation experience
Public sector experience
A bachelor's degree in business administration, public health administration, healthcare administration, accounting, finance, social services, or marketing, and 5 years recent experience in procuring services for state agencies involving Medicaid, Public Health, Aging Services, Developmental Disabilities or Behavioral Health federally funded services/IT projects in excess of ten million dollars.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with public health, preferably in Louisiana.
Understanding and experience of government procurement rules and regulations at state or federal level
Five (5) years professional level experience in interpreting and/or applying Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) rules, regulations, procurements and contracting rules and regulations, highly preferred.
Executive management expertise in negotiating with federal agencies, contractors, and state oversight agencies.
A master's degree is preferred in any of the aforementioned disciplines.
