Responsibilities:
The Marketing Analyst is responsible for providing critical market data to support our product development and improvements in our customer experience. This includes general market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence. Additionally, our CRM tools are developed and maintained from this role.

Full-Time located in Indianapolis, Indiana (or Sullivan, IL or Nashville, TN)
Salary:
Commensurate with experience

Core Responsibilities for the Marketing Analyst:
Role reports to the Marketing Manager
Monitor and report on market trends, technology progression, competitive activity
Provide data to assist in the development of value propositions and product specifications
Explore new markets for growth opportunities
Champion our mission to be the clear customer choice
Maintain and expand internal and external CRM tools
Facilitate effective use of our social media platforms
Assist with tradeshow events and evaluate effectiveness for best use of resources
Qualifications needed for the Marketing Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
Previous experience in similar roles such as Market Research, Customer Experience, or Salesforce Administration
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience gathering Voice of Customer information
Pluses are:
Knowledge of hydraulics, electronics, or drive systems
Working Knowledge of CRM/Salesforce
Experience working in a manufacturing company
Social media expertise
