Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Covington, GA (Atlanta metro area)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and optimization of multiple dynamic wireless brand websites. As a key member of our marketing team, you will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work cross-functionally to improve digital campaign performance and website performance across our family of wireless brands, including Pure Talk, H2O Wireless, and Life Wireless. In this role, you will set the strategy, be hands-on during implementation, and ensure that website performance aligns with company objectives. We are looking for a "strategic doer" who has experience managing internal websites and working with cross-functional teams for creation and development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including marketing, customer service, IT, operations, and project management, to update and manage all websites and digital campaigns.
- Take ownership of all relevant website metrics, such as conversion rate, bounce rate, cart abandonment, and more.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing technology, best practices, messaging, and processes.
- Work with various teams to quickly identify and resolve bugs and issues.
- Participate in website testing before launch to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Develop innovative ideas to enhance our customer experience, reduce churn, and increase revenue through websites.
- Focus on key marketing metrics, including conversion rates, churn, average revenue per user, customer satisfaction, and cost per acquisition.
- Leverage strong experience in optimizing digital marketing campaigns, websites, email marketing, social media marketing, and SEM optimization.
- Implement SEO optimization strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic (a plus).
- Perform data analysis, reporting, and presenting of website-related topics, such as channel performance, customer retention, and sales data.
- Develop a holistic view of the customer journey and utilize data and insights to inform the development of a website experience that engages and converts.
- Maintain an analytical and results-focused approach, ensuring the measurement and reporting of campaign results.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences in this highly visible role, frequently interacting with internal and external executive, tech, and vendor partners.
- Previous experience in wireless, cable/ISP, satellite, TV, or other subscription-based industries is a significant plus.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of digital marketing, website, and/or eCommerce experience.
- Experience in web design and managing website design projects.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, content management systems (CMS), and A/B and multivariate test applications.
- Strong analytical skills, capable of performing and overseeing data analysis, reporting, and presenting website-related topics.
- Ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer journey and utilize data and insights to inform website development for improved engagement and conversion.
- Results-focused mindset, with a pride in measuring campaign results.
- Clear and effective communication style, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Previous experience in wireless, cable/ISP, satellite, TV, or other subscription-based industries is highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communication is required. An MBA is preferred.
- Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work gracefully under pressure.
- Excellent command of the English
